The third expansion in the One Piece Card Game is themed around Pillars of Strength and the powerful enemies that have previously confronted Luffy and his crew join the fray. Featuring characters from Water 7, East Blue and Big Mom Pirates as well as the fully fledged inclusion of brand new "Yellow" colour cards,
 
Pillars of Strength also includes a number of cards which can enhance ST07 Starter Deck simultaneously with new combinations of multi-coloured leaders.
