Returns & Refunds

Amend/Cancel an Order before Dispatch

For all orders placed before 2pm mon-fri you have up until 2pm that business day to cancel an order for a refund. For orders after 2pm you may cancel any orders placed by 2pm the next working day (mon-fri). 


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means any sealed products must be in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and unused. Any Individual cards must be returned in the same condition they where received (this will be based on the stated condition of the item page).

To start a return please email us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for any return costs and making sure the items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or any items that have signs of tampering such as glue/reseals or any damage to the items will result in the item not being accepted.

Consoles & Games

All consoles and games are tested before posting and will be in working order. With any pre-owned equipment especially electronic items these can be a little temperamental with age. Every effort is made to ensure a smooth transaction. On the rare occasion there is an issue please get in touch on

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are always happy to help and amend mistakes. We, MW C
ollectables LTD accept no  liability for any supplementary costs incurred by you caused by a delayed, lost or misrouted orders. However we will endeavor to where possible rectify/replace any items purchased from in a timely manner.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items with factory defects such as miscuts, printing errors, interior damage to products such as bends that are out of our control are not eligible for a return/refund 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
